Each session will start with a lecture and demonstration by Tava followed by a Q&A and time to kick back and chat with others at the same point on their personal journeys inside the gloriously haunted Blue Ball Inn in Clear Brook, VA. Have a practitioner of nearly forty years answer your questions and guide you to the next step in your practice!
